Amazon Alexa AEO Team

Operation Guide

1. Create a Alexa AEO Team

Click + Create Team, choose Alexa Team

Fill in the Brand Name and Product Link, then click Next.

Set the running frequency for each Agent, then click Launch AI Team.

Click the blue “Install Extension” button.

2. Agents in the Alexa Team

In the left-side panel, you can see 4 built-in Agents. They will automatically run in sequence based on the frequency you set and generate content. (You can also enter any specific Agent to run it manually.)

2.1 Rufus User Prompt Research

Discovers and exports real user search questions and demand keywords from Rufus, providing insights for product optimization.

2.2 Product Listing Optimization for Alexa

Generates professional product optimization and strategy reports for Amazon product ASINs, helping improve listing performance.

2.3 Alexa Data Scientist

Collects and analyzes Alexa response data, and publishes optimization reports to external platforms so the results can be tracked and shared.

2.4 Product Q&A for Listing

Automatically generates structured FAQ content based on product information and high-frequency Alexa questions to improve the Amazon listing Q&A section.

3. Team Overview

Click Team Overview to view all key information about the Alexa Team, including:

3.1 Team Core Data Overview

Displays the brand visibility score, number of generated content items, total completed tasks, and information about the AI Agent team members.

3.2 Workflow Progress & Task Logs

View workflow completion progress and detailed execution logs to understand the running status of each Agent, execution time, and credit consumption.

3.3 ASIN Visibility Trend

Supports time-based filtering to visually track optimization results over time. (Currently the system has only been running for one day, so there is not enough data to generate a trend chart yet.)

3.4 Rufus Question Tracking

Manage key questions that Rufus search needs to answer, as well as candidate questions. You can also manually add questions to better match user needs.

3.5 Reports

Displays all generated product analysis reports. Reports can be filtered by All / Published / Draft. Each report includes a title, type, generation time, and status label.

3.6 User Search Question Export

Export real user search queries from Rufus as a CSV file, which can be used to analyze buyer needs and discover product use-case selling points.

3.7 Amazon Product Q&A Suggestions

A CSV suggestion sheet for Amazon Q&A generated based on product information. It includes preset questions and answers that can be directly used to optimize the Amazon product page Q&A section.
